We decorated for Christmas right after Thanksgiving. Zoey and Weston were thrilled about the whole process, opening boxes, hanging ornaments, putting lights on the tree, and playing on the ladder. Luckily we avoided putting a hole in the wall like Weston did last year- pushing the ladder down. Only 2 ornaments were broken in the process- and they have been broken before so we just glued them back together again. We also learned how to put the lights on the tree pretty quickly (Dane's idea). He laid on the floor and turned the tree around and around while I held the lights and adjusted them while they wrapped around the tree.
It was a lovely night!
