My family has been camping over Memorial Day weekend for years. I haven't missed one yet. It is a great tradition that we look forward to and plan for months and everyone tries to come that can. The past few years it has been cold and wet but we still have had a good time. This year was especially good in my book. The last two years were rough for me because I was 9 months pregnant 2 years ago sleeping on an air mattress in a tent peeing in a bucket 4 times a night and last year Zoey wasn't even a year old. She couldn't walk and she didn't want to be held so it made it kind of miserable because she couldn't crawl around in the wet grass and mud.
This year Zoey loved playing outside and Weston wanted to be held. They both napped and slept pretty good. We all slept in the same tent- which turned out fine since we got to borrow my dad's huge wall tent and we had a heater.
We played games, had a great talent show, went on 4-wheeler rides and wagon rides. It was fabulous.
