Dane got a weekend off for the first time in a while so we had to go do something fun. We decided to take the kids to Cooney Reservoir an hour and a half away. It wasn't a very pretty area but we had fun. It was a nice hot day and it felt good to be in the cold water. Weston wasn't thrilled about being in the water but Zoey enjoyed it. They spend the majority of the time playing in the dirt/sand. Dane attempted to fish without success- it was busy with lots of boats and jet skis. It was beyond thrilling to go do something as a family. I am all about quality time.
